Sean O’Malley Says He Doubts Whether ‘Fat as F**k’ Henry Cejudo Can Make 135-Pounds Anymore
The UFC is slowly shaping the second half of its year by booking one insane fight after another. The most recent announcements that had fans shell shocked was Khamzat Chimaev vs Nate Diaz and Sean O’Malley vs Petr Yan, to name a few. However, there are still the likes of Jon Jones, Henry Cejudo and Conor McGregor, to name a few that could potentially fight before the end of this year.
In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani, Sean O’Malley shared his thoughts on potentially facing Henry Cejudo on his return to the UFC. He said, “I asked for that fight [vs. Cejudo]. They said with the USADA thing, he’s not eligible. Henry is inconsistent, who knows if he’s coming back. He’s fat as f***, let’s be real. He’s not making 125 ever again, might not be able to make 135 ever again. I think in his eyes if I were to guess, we’re up at 145. But, you never know, adding him to the division would be exciting.”
‘Sugar’ continued, “I think he retired, wanted more money from the UFC and the UFC’s like, ‘Alright.’ Then he’s calling everyone out. He’s coming back. I think he’s running out of money. Because he retired, he wanted more money.”

Henry Cejudo to return to take on Sean O’Malley?
‘Triple C’ recently re-entered the USADA testing pool and will be eligible to fight by October end if he clears all his tests. However, by that point, there will not be much time left for the UFC to find him a fight unless he offers to step in on short notice, which he said he will not do.
Given the back and forth that has gone on between them, it is inevitable that Henry Cejudo will take on Sean O’Malley at some point in the future. If ‘Sugar’ wins against Petr Yan, his next fight will most definitely be for the title against either Sterling or Dillashaw.
